Activate Your Plan via WhatsApp

Message us on WhatsApp and tell us which plan you want. We confirm payment and send your unique access credentials (server URL + username + password) within 5โ€“15 minutes.

Install a Compatible Media Player App

You need a media player app to connect your credentials. The best options are: TiviMate (Android TV, Firestick), GSE Smart Player (iOS, Android), VLC Media Player (Windows, macOS). All are free to install from their respective app stores.

Enter Your Credentials

Open your media player app, look for "Add Playlist", "Xtream Codes Login", or "M3U URL" โ€” the exact label depends on the app. Enter the server URL, username, and password we sent you. The app will load your full channel list automatically.

Optimize Your Network for 4K

For the best experience, use a wired Ethernet connection or ensure your device is within 15 feet of your Wi-Fi router. You need at least 25 Mbps for stable 4K. Run a speed test at fast.com before starting โ€” if your speed is below 25 Mbps, try rebooting your router.

Enable Apps from Unknown Sources

Go to Settings โ†’ My Fire TV โ†’ Developer Options โ†’ Apps from Unknown Sources โ†’ ON. This allows installing apps outside the Amazon store.

Install the Downloader App

Search "Downloader" in the Amazon App Store and install it. Open Downloader and enter the URL for TiviMate APK (we send you the exact URL when you activate).

Open TiviMate and Add Playlist

Launch TiviMate โ†’ Add Playlist โ†’ Xtream Codes. Enter the server URL, username, and password we provided. Your channels load in under 60 seconds.

Install TiviMate from Google Play

Open Google Play Store on your Android TV, search "TiviMate IPTV Player" and install it. It is free and works with Floxv credentials immediately.

Add Playlist Using Xtream Codes

Open TiviMate โ†’ Add Playlist โ†’ Xtream Codes API. Enter your server URL (without http:// prefix), port number, username, and password exactly as we sent them.

Download GSE Smart IPTV from App Store

Open the App Store, search "GSE Smart IPTV" and install it. This is the most reliable app for iOS. It is free with optional premium features.

Add Remote Playlist (M3U)

Open GSE โ†’ Remote Playlists โ†’ + icon โ†’ enter your M3U URL exactly as provided. We include the full URL in your activation message.

Download VLC Media Player

Download VLC from videolan.org. It is free, open-source, and supports M3U playlists natively on Windows and macOS.

Open M3U Playlist in VLC

Open VLC โ†’ Media โ†’ Open Network Stream โ†’ paste your M3U URL. Alternatively, use the IPTV Smarters Web Player for a better interface on desktop.

Common Issues & Fixes

Buffering is almost always a local network issue. First, run a speed test. You need 25 Mbps for 4K and 10 Mbps for HD. If your speed is fine, try: (1) Switch from Wi-Fi to Ethernet, (2) Move your router closer to the device, (3) Restart your router, (4) In your app settings, set the buffer size to "Large" or increase it to 8MB+. If issues persist, message us on WhatsApp and we will check your server connection.
This means the credentials were entered incorrectly. Double-check: (1) No spaces before or after the username/password, (2) The server URL uses the correct prefix (http:// not https://), (3) The port number matches what we sent (usually 80 or 8080). Copy-paste directly from our WhatsApp message instead of typing manually.
This is usually a hardware decoding issue. In your player app settings, look for "Video Decoder" and switch between "Hardware" and "Software" decoding. On older Firestick models, software decoding performs better. On newer Android boxes, hardware decoding is preferred.
Error 403 on specific channels is usually a temporary source issue that resolves within 1โ€“4 hours. Try the channel again later. If the entire channel list fails to load, message our WhatsApp support immediately โ€” we will check server status and resolve it.
Use your router's 5GHz band (not 2.4GHz) for streaming devices โ€” it is faster and less congested. Keep your streaming device within 15 feet of the router. If you have a dual-band router, connect all non-streaming devices (phones, laptops) to 2.4GHz and keep 5GHz exclusively for your TV box. A Wi-Fi extender placed midway between your router and TV can also significantly improve signal strength.
