When you message us, we receive your phone number, your WhatsApp profile name and the content of your messages. We use this to answer your questions, process your order and provide support.

WhatsApp is a separate service with its own privacy policy, which applies to your use of WhatsApp.

Why we use it

We use your information to carry out your order or to take steps you ask for before ordering, and for our legitimate interest in running and securing this website.

How long we keep it

We keep order and support conversations for as long as we need them to provide the service and to deal with questions or refund requests. Server logs are kept for a limited period by our hosting provider.
